Environment Agency Permit to Discharge Consent

Any discharge from both septic tanks and sewage treatment systems is subject to a discharge permit consent approval from the Environment Agency.

We can assist you in obtaining an Environmnet Agency permit to discharge consent to discharge and advise accordingly. Because of our good working relationship with the Environment Agency we are able to fast track many of our applications for you.

You may find that installing a small domestic treatment plant you may qualify to register for excemption, Domestic style treatment plants that meet the new standard EN125-66 are suitable for exception status. The Environment Agency aim is to inform us within 15 working days of exception approval.

We do not charge for this service but request that the application fee if applicable is paid directly by yourselves to The Environment Agency.
